Historical Context – Iowa State Attorney General Brenna Bird was the county prosecutor of Guthrie County, IA, while I was submitting criminal complaints against Patricia Buttler of Guthrie Center, IA. Patricia Buttler was allegedly involved in the concealment of my children in the State of Iowa, as supported by the evidence and third-party testimony. The evidence shows that Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird delayed for weeks while producing nothing but misrepresentations and lies regarding the historical context of my 2021 record request. At the same time, the evidence indicates that the Iowa Public Information Board allowed her to do so for weeks without providing anything relevant regarding the records that were requested. Ultimately leading to the Iowa Public Information Board dismissing my complaint after weeks of wasted time once the records were provided. Perhaps because this entire Republican-appointed Iowa Public Information Board did not want to manifest negativity for the then 2022 Republican candidate for the elected position of Iowa Attorney General.

When I served this country, I did so because I believed in what this country stands for. I wanted to serve others. At the same time, recently I have acquired and experienced evidence that indicates that the rights, liberties, and freedoms that are allegedly guaranteed to all citizens are nothing more than a broken promise. A promise that is only available to those who have the political power and resources to enforce that constitutional conscience on those that evidence indicates seek to take or compromise it for personal gain. Iowa Code Chapter 22, as the evidence indicates, is meaningless unless a citizen has the political power, financial resources, or evidentiary capacity in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Iowa Rules of the Court to enforce those rights on government body leaders. Public leaders, the evidence indicates, who seek to consolidate their power and advance their political careers. At the same time, the evidence indicates this form of public leader conceals public records documenting their corruption, entitlement, or inability to manifest what they swore to in their oath of office.
The evidence within currently documented political rhetoric within our nation’s news indicates that I represent the domestic terrorist threat and agitator that President Donald Trump seeks to imprison or deport, as recent articles in the news indicate. This is because, as the record shows, I have boldly and lawfully defended our constitutional values as ordered during my military service. At the same time, after retiring from the United States Navy, I have lawfully taken to task public officials who manifest and produce evidence of unconstitutional authoritarianism and other evidence that violates our laws. At the same time, these public officials across the State of Iowa have produced evidence of disregarding evidence of military sexual trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, child concealment, public records concealment, false criminalization based on zero evidence, persecution of service-connected mental health disabilities, and concealment of records documenting these events. Ultimately, these acts have produced evidence as reinforced by my medical records of severe mental health damage and trauma that manifest themselves daily in the forms of post-traumatic stress disorder from being falsely accused of multiple criminal acts supported by zero evidence, severe depression from dealing with haunting feelings of having nothing left to live for, anxiety from having no one left in my life to turn to for social interaction, and severe obsessive-compulsive disorder symptoms that manifest themselves because I cannot process my current reality.
The evidence indicates I am a domestic terrorist and agitator, based upon rhetoric that is being disseminated by the current presidential administration. I will continue to be in accordance with Section 2 of Article 1 of the Constitution of the State of Iowa and the 1st Amendment to our nation’s constitution until I witness evidence that this country is what I was led to believe it is when I served it. I will continue to be a lawful agitator to the State of Iowa and the United States of America until I know that my half-Hispanic children are not living in a country where they need to fear being unlawfully deported, detained, or intimidated into forfeiting rights and liberties that I defended by American Cowboys in ICE uniforms. Public servants that evidence indicates seek to manifest their ego, self-esteem deficiencies, and completely politically distorted understandings of our constitutions onto the lives of others.
I have attempted on multiple occasions to move forward from these events with forgiveness. However, I am continually faced with evidence supporting a reality that indicates many of my fellow citizens in leadership positions across the State of Iowa allegedly have a completely foolishly calculated belief that it is acceptable to continue bending me over a MAGA podium and fucking me into a pile of field corn. At the same time, taking my children away from me based on zero evidence, criminalizing me based on zero evidence while concealing public records, and persecuting my mental health disabilities across the State of Iowa. At the same time, the evidence supporting these unethical public servants’ historical acts indicates they only seek to further their own political careers at the expense of the least among us.
Are we not seeing this at the national level? Is this the reality and the country that we are evolving to where we bully and criminalize citizens we disagree with while advancing political narratives and sums that only benefit those that are in agreement with those who manifest this authoritarian reality? Do we live in a country where those that administer it are allowed to use their positions to persecute and criminalize political opponents and lawful protesters for the purpose of advancing a reality that benefits and enriches themselves and those that serve and worship them?
My greatest sin that haunts me currently in my life is that anger and a desire for judicial and lawful vengeance are the only reasons I have to get up every day. At the same time, within the fire of my soul, I desire to manifest myself as a lawful guardian angel that protects others from what my children and I have experienced and what we have lost in a world that Jesus Christ has already defeated. Suppose I fail to provide evidence that manifests change for the purpose of protecting others. In that case, it is my belief that my twenty years of military service were a waste of invested time that only defended a paradigm and republic that only protects and advances the well-being and pursuits of life and liberty for desired social classes.
I sought only to feel acceptance and community when I returned home to the State of Iowa after serving it. At the same time, if the leadership of the State of Iowa only desires a lawful public records war with a citizen, evidence shows many have diligently worked to push into a world of daily suicidal thoughts. I will gladly accommodate these desires in the Iowa Court.
The Form of the Least Among Us
The evil of this world maliciously exploits the least among us because it knows there will be no resistance because the damaged, the wounded, and the captives fear losing what little they have left. I have nothing left to lose but my life, and I will boldly commit it to what, I thought, was my home’s judicial battlefield in accordance with the Iowa Code and the Iowa Rules of the Court. At the same time, I lawfully work to dismantle the evidence of injustice that I have witnessed.
Revolutionary Courage
Without the ethical fabric of right and wrong, justice is nothing more than an evolutionary paradigm created by those with the power to define it.
Once that paradigm has falsely defined the wrong person or group, it will be revolutionized.
