The Form of The Bobcats Now More Than Ever

City Clerk, Hunter:

Good afternoon. I am preparing several court cases against the Iowa Public Information Board.  I am requesting confirmation of the address for the proper service of a subpoena to request your testimony in court.  The purpose of this subpoena is to authenticate historical documents and correspondence that you have released in accordance with the requirements of Iowa Rules of the Court, Chapter 5.

Evidence in this case indicates that the City of Marshalltown, IA, requested fees that were inconsistent with the provided records request and the requirements of Iowa Code Section 22.3.  At the same time, I have no grievance with the City of Marshalltown, IA, due to the evidence that indicates this situation manifested from some form of confusion within the City of Marshalltown, IA’s contracted information systems provider.  However, the historical evidence shows that this evidence was brought to the attention of Iowa Public Information Board Executive Director Erika Eckley.  At the same time, the evidence indicates the Executive Director either chose to or failed to manifest her responsibilities in accordance with Iowa Code Chapter 23.  Regarding the overwhelming evidence indicating the Iowa Public Information Board’s discriminatory posture toward mental health disabilities (See:  Iowa Code Chapter 216), it would be reasonable to conclude that many of the anomalies I have experienced from personnel within the Iowa Public Information Board could be related to the evidence supporting the IPIB’s discriminatory posture towards citizens with disabilities.  At the same time, those citizens are requesting assistance in accordance with Iowa Code Section 23.7.

In my experience with the Iowa Public Information Board, the evidence suggests one of the few historical events the Executive Director was efficient at was shopping around for a State of Iowa agency to criminalize my work (see attachments).  At the same time, the evidence indicates the Executive Director chose to lie and spread false criminal allegations of harassment and unspecified forms of abuse not supported by evidence during September 2023 (after consulting the Iowa Department of Public Safety, whom evidence shows took zero action regarding her concerns) while she attempted to sell her vexatious records request legislation.  When looking at the evidence nationwide, the evidence indicates that many Republican and Republican-appointed leaders identify a political objective and then manifest either false criminal allegations or a coercive narrative against an innocent target to achieve a political sum.  At the same time, many within the current Republican Party produce evidence of having no regard for citizen rights and liberties or constitutional values that our nation has manifested for over two hundred years.

I believe the evidence supports the conclusion that Iowa Public Information Board Executive Director Eckley knowingly spread false allegations of criminal conduct indirectly against myself.  At the same time, the Executive Director was in pursuit of a political objective after failing to gain traction with any of the law enforcement or cybersecurity elements she consulted.  The evidence shows the Executive Director sought to criminalize me and persecute my mental health disabilities while pursuing expanded political power for her position and board, as manifested by Iowa Code Chapter 23.  After I publicly communicated my intention to investigate the evidence of the Executive Director and Iowa Public Information Board’s unethical acts during the IPIB’s July 2023 meeting.

My work is a patriotic attempt at lawfully recalibrating the Iowa Public Information Board onto a path of lawful integrity.  At the same time, pointing out evidence supporting why I believe it is inappropriate for the current Iowa Public Information Board Executive Director to remain in her position.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the leadership of the City of Marshalltown, IA, and Marshall County, IA. The positive interactions that I have had recently are one of the few positive social interactions that I have had in many years.  Seeing the courage and the truth as manifested by the City of Marshalltown, IA Mayor, in public communications is why I am proud to live in Marshalltown, IA, now more than ever.

The Resurrection of The Cipher Hunter

It does not matter how much pain we carry inside.  We must rise and protect others from being crucified.

“The disciples then remembered that the Scriptures say, “My love for your house burns in me like a fire.”

The Form of The Trees That Await The Eternal Fire

It is the responsibility of the good to provide shelter and hope for those who have none. Justice is coming for those who haunt the darkness within the Light of the Son.
