Subj: The Form of Constitutional Acts – The Form of the Constitutional Dissident
What has led to this moment in my life is not relevant to this correspondence. However, if this data is desired, one only needs to communicate my name to a State of Iowa agency in accordance with Iowa Code Section 22.4(2.). The purpose of this correspondence is to respectfully communicate that I lawfully stand opposed to the evidence supporting the current presidential administration’s ideologies, political objectives, and unconstitutional acts against the lives of the least among us. At the same time, the evidence indicates the current presidential administration is committed to defying court orders and manifesting the destruction of our constitutional democracy. I stand opposed to the MAGA movement and the evidence that supports its deployment of White Christian Nationalism. At the same time, this political party produces evidence of desiring to manifest fear and uncertainty within the lives of those it has determined are undesirable.
The work that I do is motivated and inspired by my faith, study of the law, and understanding of our constitutional founding documents. I am currently building court cases against the following State of Iowa elected leaders/agencies.

These future court cases are for the purpose of combating in court what, I believe, is evidence supporting the corrupt manifestation of unconstitutional ideologies. At the same time, the evidence indicates these anomalies are manifested by the false light, corruption, and lies of the current presidential administration and the MAGA movement. These grievances include the following:
- State-level service-connected mental health disability discrimination.
- Suppression of evidence supporting the state’s failure to properly handle a domestic violence restraining order violation, that led to a multi-year/multi-state instance of child concealment from San Diego East County Superior Court during case ED100465, and domestic abuse, including evidence supporting diagnosed and United States Department of Veterans Affairs documented military sexual trauma.
- Public records concealment.
- State-sponsored proliferation of multiple false allegations of criminal conduct supported by zero evidence against a citizen requesting public records in accordance with Iowa Code Chapter 22 (See: Iowa Code Section 708.7, Iowa Code Section 708.11, Iowa Code Section 708.7(1.)(a.)(4.).
- State of Iowa government body concealment of social media block lists the Iowa Public Information Board determined are public records in accordance with IPIB case 22FC:0091.
It is my understanding (based upon current rhetoric documented in our nation’s media) that the current administration seeks to criminalize political opposition or any party that stands lawfully opposed to the political objectives and ideologies of the current presidential administration and the MAGA movement. The historical record indicates that the Executive Branch of the United States of America seeks to identify anyone who opposes it politically, as these parties are persecuted and criminalized as agitators and domestic terrorists. Suppose my understanding regarding the current administration’s posture toward lawful protest and its political and constitutional opposition is accurate. In that case, I respectfully request the current administration criminalize me and let these others go.
The Form of MAGA
Hate and anger are nothing more than abstraction layers or devices the weak deploy to protect themselves from facing pain or ignorance they lack the courage to face.
The lie that hate and anger manifest within the hearts of those that carry them is that they provide an illusion of control over something the weak are incapable of facing with love or forgiveness.
The Form of the Anti-Christian
Blessed are those who have not seen evidence of due process and yet have believed while shrouded in a mirage of Truth.
The Form of Plato’s Cave
Deceit is a prison evil deploys to trap its audience while distorting their view of Truth.
Deceit and corruption are evil’s answer to survivability regarding a person or institution that no longer exists in Truth.
Those who require deceit to sustain themselves have already fallen and abandoned their people in darkness.
The Rise Above Tyranny’s Enforcement
Law enforcement work in accordance with our laws that is not sanctioned by the state is not unlawful if we have the honor, courage, and commitment to prove and present evidence showing the state’s violations of our laws.
The Form of the Foolish and the Complacent
If we fail to take ownership and responsibility for our freedom, we will find ourselves under the ownership and responsibility of another’s tyranny.

Those who no longer have dreams only remember their nightmares.
The Form of Betrayal
The state provides evidence of its true and proper form when the honorable that have served it execute orders and adhere to laws, while producing a sum that reveals the truth the state lacks the courage to face.
During these times, the honorable must hold on to and adhere to the spirit of the country they serve and ensure the actions of the dishonorable bounce off the sides of their hull. At the same time, they work to restore that which they served in accordance with our laws.
My heart is permanently lost at sea. At the same time, my soul has a firm grip on the ship’s wheel.
The Form of the Constitutional Maverick
An independent force fueled by theological beliefs, philosophical ethics, and inner pain that can only exist while pushing the envelope and raising the bar in accordance with our laws. A force that cannot rest and is only satisfied once the people have been provided a view of the truth and what is possible when we work together.
Leadership is a paradigm that fearlessly paves a path only to the truth and a world that provides freedom and equality for all, regardless of adversity or calculated personal loss that stands in its path.
The closer this watch brings me to this world’s nails, the more my soul is filled with passion for raising my ship’s sail.
The Form of Independent Steaming
To serve, inspire, and lead many in the light, we must demonstrate honor, courage, and commitment to survive and evolve while tested alone in the darkness of night.
The Form of Social Truth
An alleged social truth is confirmed by the evidence that supports its existence, not the presence of the word being included with a narrative supported by zero evidence.
When there is insufficient evidence supporting an alleged social truth, the inclusion of the word “truth” by the speaker may be evidence supporting an attempt by the speaker to seduce and distort the perception of reality of their audience.
Government Information Dominance
Tyranny breeds within government infrastructure that does not provide information with the same freedoms, rights, and liberties as the citizens who produced it.
The Fragility of Tyranny’s Darkness
The truth regarding the price of freedom, liberty, and equal rights for all of God’s children is revealed by the light of a United States Navy Tomahawk missile launch that halts the deceit of the blinding darkness of night at sea.
The Form of the Fascist Star
Deceit is a device that produces an intelligently designed immediate impact on the listener. At the same time, producing a reality that will ultimately lead to the destruction of the speaker.
Tyranny is a paradigm the honorable must maintain a tight flight plan through to reach the core and location of evidence that fuels its false light.
The Moral Influence of True Leadership
A heart filled with vengeance will not change a paradigm that produces injustice. Only leadership encompassing moral influence will inspire others to proper form.
The Constitutional Dissident
A patriot is not simply a citizen who holds a flag in one hand and a gun in the other.
Patriots are bands of alleged dissidents possessing the courage to dismantle the tyranny cloaked in the darkness within a republic that threatens the freedoms and liberties of all God’s children.
The Form of Politics and Perjury
Politics and perjury are similar because they both utilize a narrative encompassing words used to persuade an audience toward action while ignoring evidence of the truth.
The War is Never Over
When the adversary is defeated, and we retire from the battlefield to find peace, that is when we must defend our families and our land from hellhounds that lacked the courage to defend their freedom on foreign ground.
Judicial Homicide
The execution of a judicial system’s judgment should not violate the foundation of law on which it stands.
If the people of a republic allow themselves to execute their wrath, they are just as guilty as the individual or group they are passing judgment on.
The involvement of the state and the number of conspirators does not transform an action’s ethics.
Declaration of Independence
We did not win our freedom on July 4, 1776. We earned our sovereign right to defend it in accordance with our founding documents that were put forth and those that evolved from that day.
In this life, we will only find peace if we have the courage to defend our freedom from the tyranny of this world.

Revolutionary Courage
Without the ethical fabric of right and wrong, justice is nothing more than an evolutionary paradigm created by those with the power to define it.
Once that paradigm has falsely defined the wrong person or group, it will be revolutionized.
The Form of the Political Party
A political party is nothing more than a group of people that have agreed on which direction they want to manipulate the constitution of their republic.
Our Faces
There is no such thing as races.
Only people adapted to different places.
Why do we judge each other by the color of our faces?
